Ribs

I was doing my usual walk through the wonderful world of the internet and i came across this picture of a rack of ribs. And i started thinking about how delicious ribs are. Personally i love mine baked in the oven and rubbed with garlic, onions and the being bathed in BBQ sauce. how does everyone else make theirs?

Sandwich

This amazing sandwich idea sounds delicious and unfortunately i have not been able to try it, yet that is. with a reasonable amount of bacon and cheese this sandwich climbs up to the top for me. although instead of ground beef i would use Italian sausage for a better flavor. and i would include an assortment of cheeses such as smoked Gouda, cheddar, and Swiss.
