This amazing sandwich idea sounds delicious and unfortunately i have not been able to try it, yet that is. with a reasonable amount of bacon and cheese this sandwich climbs up to the top for me. although instead of ground beef i would use Italian sausage for a better flavor. and i would include an assortment of cheeses such as smoked Gouda, cheddar, and Swiss. And finally sorry for the incredibly late post
